一:怎么做鸡汤?

主料:大鸡腿或者鸡架,大鸡腿最好

辅料:葱,姜,蒜,当归,盐

最好用沙锅来炖汤

鸡腿剁块,记住,要是刚从冰箱里拿出来的要先解冻,解冻的时候用冷水解冻,要不然影响鸡肉的鲜嫩,这是秘诀哦!

葱洗干净后切段,姜切片,蒜也切片,当归切段

把沙锅里放三分之二的水,以具体人数看水的多少,切记,水要一次加好,以后不能加水!

水烧开以后,放鸡块,然后就放盐,要不然鸡肉不能入味

水再开以后,放葱姜和蒜,还有当归

大火十分钟左右,有沫浮上来,记得一定要把沫打掉!

十分钟以后用中火开始炖,切记,不要再放其他的调料,不然影响鸡汤的鲜味!

再炖二十分钟左右就可以上桌了,关火以后要盖上盖子闷五分钟左右,然后在撒上少许香油,一锅新鲜味美的鸡汤就做好了!

注意:有的人不喜欢吃当归,吃不习惯那个味,不过我比较钟爱,那也可以不放,不影响鸡汤的味道,你还可以加入香菇,也很不错哦,我建议不要加香菜之类的东西,影响汤的鲜味,不是第一次做出来的汤就很鲜,因为你可能掌握不了水的多少,盐的轻重,所以可能你第一次做的鸡肉不够鲜嫩,鸡汤不够鲜味,可是要多练习哦,而且一定要记住我说的几个要点!

这个汤特点是清淡,鸡肉鲜嫩,保持了鸡汤的原味,而且大补哦!
