Star Student of the Week

Li Yue has been awarded the title of “Star Student of the Week” for what she did for our class. On the hot afternoon of last Saturday, Li Yue went downtown and walked from one store to another, looking for the costumes we would wear in the singing contest. While the rest of us were enjoying our leisure time in cool and comfortable rooms, she spent the whole afternoon searching and selecting. Finally, she found the right clothes. Deeply moved by her efforts, we tried our best and won the first prize in the contest.

Li Yue is always warm-hearted and cares a lot about the class. Besides, she often devotes her spare time to helping others. She deserves the honor and we should learn from her.

五:我们可以为班集体做些什么贡献呢?

一、班事无大小。

古人云:“不扫一屋,何以扫天下?”班级的事情也是这样。不求惊天动地,只求把一件件的小是做好。特别是从细节的地方入手,从容易忽视的地方入手。

1、缺课情况把好关。建立全勤的考核方案,学生缺勤要及时跟踪,同家长取得联系。事后,要了解情况,让学生对老师,老师对学生都有一个明确的交代。不能不查不纠,否则缺课现象将会愈演愈烈,从而导致班级纪律的松懈。

2、学生穿着打扮要恰当,微小变化可能是纪律上的松懈。平时,班级总有一些新鲜的事物出现,例如,学生染发,穿奇装怪服,如果我们不及时纠正,或漠然置之,就会“大姐做鞋,二姐有样”,最终,这种不良现象就会迅速蔓延,从而早造成纪律上的松懈。

3、 学生交友大概情况要熟知。俗话说:“近朱者赤,近墨者黑”身处少年期的学生,他们的识辨能力还有限,所以,我们要正确引导。对于平时和他们密切交往的朋友要有一定的了解,万一交友不慎,将会一失足而成千古恨。

4、 每天关注学生的表情神态推测学生的成长状况。比如说一个平时很活跃的学生突然很静,一个平时很静的突然很活,可能都是一种变好或变坏的前兆,作为班主任应主动与家长和学生沟通,了解发展动态,聆听学生心声,引导学生向好的方向发展。

5、 了解学生课外活动内容及活动场所。

班级的琐事很多,我们不仅要把握学生课内的表现情况,而且还要了解学生的课外的活动情况,在这里,我想要说的是我们不是特务,把学生盯的死死的而是说班主任应具有强的预见能力,及时、准确把握班级事态的发展变化,有效推测班级、学生的可能走向。不要等问题发生了再做事后诸葛亮。

二、根据班级学生出现的不良状况不断完善班规班纪。

此一时,彼一时。任何一项制度可能只适用于一时一事,所以班级的管理需不断完善发展的。班级制度要逐渐实现深入人心,民主化,让每个学生明确各种班规班纪,逐步转化为自觉行为。

1、明确请假条件,制定全勤奖励方案。把出全勤作为同学期末评优评先的必备条件。每周之星等荣誉全勤同学具有优先权。新团员的选拔必须是全勤。综合评定优等必须在全勤同学中选择。

2、 通过这么多年的实践、探索、改进,我发现,这项制度对于中上层次的同学很有效,因为这些孩子对先进的追求有较强的欲望,使学生在出勤方面有较强的促动力,在请假方面有较强的抑制力。让人感动的是,有的孩子患了重感冒也带病上课,不愿请假,虽然从表面上看还不够人道,但它从另一方面却磨练了孩子,同时给他人树立了一道敢于向任何困难挑战的表率作用。

3、常规工作由专人负责,班主任每天或每周进行小结。只有这样,班主任对半班级的事才会及时了解,及时处理,班级的工作才会落实。
